GTM partners who

care

enough to make marketing work like the growth engine it was always meant to be.

Why do we

care

so much?

Back in 2021, we were on your side of the table, as marketing leaders inside top SaaS companies, writing briefs and hiring agencies.

Working with traditional agencies was hard. We had to handhold them through everything, and they never seemed to care about what we were struggling with, let alone help us fix it.

While B2C had some genuinely good brand agencies, B2B didn’t. We saw this happen company after company, and we wanted to fix it for every marketing leader and founder stuck in the same place we had been.

2021

We didn't plan to build an agency

We didn’t set out to build an agency. We were just marketing strategists building GTM motion for a couple of clients we deeply connected with, not knowing we were building a company.

Then reality smacked us in the face

Midway through the year, a hard truth hit us. Strategy is needed, but companies need rigorous execution to actually succeed. That realization quietly marked our transition from consultants to 91Ninjas.

Word spread (the old-fashioned way)

We delivered impact, and our clients became our evangelists. A few more clients followed purely through good work. The team stayed under eight people. Handpicked and spread across three countries, we took a leap of faith together, working remotely as one.

2022

A Gypsy in Goa

While we knew each other remotely, we wanted to meet in person. So we planned our first ever offsite in Goa. From the moment we landed at the airport, we clicked. We squeezed the entire company into a single Gypsy cab. Tall people, short people, all crushed together. In that ride, a team was born. We made a rule that day: Offsites are for bonding, never for work.

The hardest question we've ever asked ourselves

While the culture was forming and clients loved our work, we were still contemplating whether we should be a boutique agency working with selective clients or scale. We finally decided to take the plunge and scale. We grew cautiously, prioritizing quality over quantity.

2023

When we learned to say no

The work was intense. We were heads down, building execution muscle so strong it attracted attention. We received three informal acquisition offers. We politely refused all of them. We realized we weren't building this to exit; we were building this to last.

A trip that changed everything

While our India and Singapore businesses were growing, we were curious to find out what was happening in Silicon Valley. A trip to the Bay Area helped us realize GTM is a huge problem for SaaS globally. There was a huge opportunity to create an impact, and we were ready to grab it.

2024

Growing pains (and growing up)

By 2024, we'd hit a new challenge: ourselves. We realized the importance of building an organization that runs on its own. We formalized our culture, hired senior leaders, and built an organization that can scale.

Going global (literally)

We took the entire company to Thailand for our first international offsite. It was a milestone that proved we had graduated from a scrappy startup to an organization. Our business numbers were strong, we had been profitable, and we were ready to scale on our own terms.

2025

Changing gears

Marketing had changed. Intent signals, AI tools, and data could no longer sit in silos. We launched our Integrated GTM (iGTM) practice to orchestrate sales and marketing on a centralized platform. It wasn't just about leads anymore. It was about capturing intent and driving revenue through a unified data approach.

Staying human. Always.

The world got noisy. As AI flooded channels with spam, we realized that being human was the only way to stand out. We launched Community Led Growth as a GTM motion for businesses to scale well.

We broke our own rule

With a scaling team of over 50 people, we needed deeper cross-functional alignment. For the first time, we broke our "no work at offsites" rule. We gathered in Goa to figure out how to scale a remote team. Cross-functional teams sat together to rebuild how we collaborate.

2026

Five years, and a moment to look back

We completed five years, and didn't realise how far we'd come until we stopped to look back. What began as a few like-minded partners had quietly grown into a global team we're proud of. Five years in, and it still feels like day one.

New arrows for the quiver

As our clients scaled, so did we. We added narrative building through PR and influencer marketing to the mix. New arrows for our quiver, giving us the range to own more of the GTM journey.

The offsite, all grown up

From five people crushed into one Gypsy cab in Goa to a full team that now travels together, we upgraded the offsite to match the company we'd become. We also marked the 5 and 3-year anniversaries of teammates who've been with us since the early days, a quiet reminder that people love working with us as much as we love working with them. Bigger setting, larger crew, same spirit as that first ride.

Still building.

Five years in, the journey continues. We've scaled, added new capabilities, and grown into a real organization, but the mindset stays the same.

Still learning, still adapting, still building with intent.
